Salve!  I’m Kristen Jackson, an American living in Boise, Idaho.  Italy has been on my mind since my very first trip to Rome, Sorrento and Naples with a high school history class way back when! Over the last decade in particular, I have have been traveling back to Italy as often as possible to revisit past favorites and explore new areas.

My primary focus is immersive travel with great food and drinks, stunning views, fun tours and lasting memories – I love seeking out unique options that make me say ‘WOW!!’. I mostly travel solo – although my husband, family and friends will sometimes meet up! – and prefer staying in places long enough that it makes sense to unpack my carry on (aka 3+ nights).

When people ask what my ‘favorite’ part of Italy is to visit, I have a hard time answering as every region is so unique, however my daydreams currently take me back to Ischia, Orvieto or the small towns just outside of Cinque Terre on the Ligurian Coast.
