What should I pack for Italy?

Packing for Italy depends on the season, where you are going and the size of your luggage. For example, if you're visiting the Dolomites mountains in summer you will need a jacket as temperatures can be quite cool especially in the evenings. Shoes suitable for walking on rocky paths are also advisable. In the South, where it is much hotter, light clothing and sandals are required. While many like to travel with carry-on luggage only, we take medium sized luggage that can be easily taken on and off trains making sure you leave some room for purchases.
