Yes. We offer personalized trip planning for travelers who want expert guidance –  from reviewing plans to creating a full itinerary.

How is Untold Italy different from Untold Italy Tours?

Untold Italy is our resources brand for DIY travelers and includes our app, podcast, digital guides, trip planning services, and resources. Untold Italy Tours focuses specifically on our small group tours from 6-12 days in regional Italy. 

Can you help me decide what service is right for me?

Yes. If you’re unsure whether the app, a planning service, or a tour is the best fit, you can contact us at trips@untolditaly.com with a few details about your trip. We’ll help point you in the right direction.

Do you book flights, accommodation and activities?

No, we are not travel agents. We don’t book flights, hotels, or activities. We help you plan and decide, but all bookings are made directly by you.

Can I chose my trip planning consultant?

Yes you can book directly via the consultant trip profile on this page. Otherwise we assign trip consultants based on availability and the type of support you need.

All of our consultants are experienced Italy travel planners and work closely together, so you’ll always be in good hands.

Do you have a podcast about Italy?

Yes. The Untold Italy Travel Podcast publishes weekly episodes covering practical travel advice, destination insights, and conversations with locals and travel experts. Broadcasting since 2020, there are now over 300 episodes.
